Organizational development
In
my work with individual teams, we often observe fundamental stumbling
blocks
internal
to the organization. Is collaboration across organizational departments
or
divisions
possible? How should conflict be dealt with? How are values and visions
lived
out on a daily basis? And how can they be identified in the first place?
Here
my task as a coach is transferred from the interpersonal level to the
structural
one,
to develop solutions which bring individual behavior and activities
into line with
