Mediation

Conflicts between various parties can often be resolved with the aid of a third party.
As a mediator I see to it that all the parties involved hold to the established ground
rules and that all sides are able to voice their concerns. Here my personality comes
into active play. Mediation may also become necessary during the course of a
coaching contract. It takes the sensitivity and awareness of the coach to recognize
that she must adopt an additional role.
