Staudacher Coaching was founded in 1991 by Veronika Staudacher-Kohler as one
of the first management coaching firms in Switzerland. Since that time, the company
has assisted numerous individuals at all organizational levels, as well as various
companies, agencies and other institutions, either as a coach to their processes of
change and growth, or by performing mediation tasks in conflict situations. Veronika
Staudacher-Kohler was raised in Japan and Switzerland. She studied Business
Administration in Lausanne and thereafter spent several years participating in a
technical research project in the USA. Before the founding of her own company
Veronika Staudacher performed staff and line functions in the fields of marketing,
market research, finance, administration and sales. She has completed various
additional training programs in personality and team management techniques as
well as in process-oriented psychology. Her experience in politics and collaboration
with non-profit organizations are an expression of her social involvement.

Veronika Staudacher offers her services in the German, English and French languages.
Her intercultural expertise comes to bear on all she undertakes.
